We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and patient Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily classes for pre-primary students using activity-based learning methods.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Teach basic concepts including alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and general awareness.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, dance, and music to make learning enjoyable.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a protected, caring, and positive classroom environment.
- Observe each child’s development and maintain progress records.
- Help instill early values like sharing, kindness, and good manners.
- Communicate with parents regularly about student progress and behavior.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and school events.

Educational Qualifications





- D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) –Mandatory
- NTT / ECCE / Montessori training – Preferred in addition to D.El.Ed
- Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching pre-primary or kindergarten classes (preferred).
- Freshers with D.El.Ed may also apply.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
