Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in the day to day operations and overall management of the retail store.
- Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, queries, and complaints.
- Monitor store sales, staff performance, and operational activities.
- Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and attractive store presentation.
- Ensure accurate stock management, including receiving, checking, arranging, and replenishing merchandise.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling procedures and ensure transactions are completed accurately.
- Assist in managing opening and closing procedures, including store security and daily cash closing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
