1 . Pre-Sales & Client Transition : Support the Sales team in understanding sponsor

requirements, translating them into deliverable packages, and identifying

potential feasibility concerns before commitments are finalized.

2. Contract & Deliverable Management : Convert signed sponsorship contracts into

clear deliverable checklists covering branding, speaking opportunities, booth

requirements, delegate passes, lead data, and other contractual commitments.

3. Internal Coordination : Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Content, and

Operations teams to ensure all sponsor deliverables are communicated clearly,

tracked, and completed within the agreed timelines.

4. Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for

sponsors after contract closure, maintain regular communication, and proactively

manage client expectations throughout the event lifecycle.

5. Issue Resolution : Address sponsor concerns and delivery-related issues

promptly, coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution, and escalate

critical matters when required.

6. Post-Event Reporting & Feedback : Ensure the delivery of relevant post-event

reports and data, track fulfillment against contractual commitments, and gather

feedback on the sponsor's overall experience.

7. Renewal & Upsell Support: Identify potential opportunities for additional

business, renewals,



or multi-event partnerships based on client feedback and

engagement, and share relevant insights with the Sales team.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management,

or a related field.

- Prior experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Sponsorship

Management, Event Operations, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.

- Experience working with B2B events, conferences, exhibitions, or corporate

clients will be an added advantage.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
