Job Summary:

We seek a customer-focused Inbound Customer Support Representative to handle Ecommerce calls, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls of Ecommerce.

Maintain records in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies.

Meet performance metrics and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

12th and above .

Robust communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Willingness to work flexible shifts (mostly day shifts).
