Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented PDI Technician/Executive to carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections of Ather electric scooters and ensure that every vehicle meets the required quality standards before customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of Ather electric scooters as per prescribed checklists and processes.
- Inspect the vehicle for physical damage, scratches, dents, paint defects, panel gaps, and fitment issues.
- Check the condition and operation of battery, charging system, electrical components, lights, indicators, horn, brakes, tyres, suspension, and other vehicle components.
- Verify the functionality of the display, controls, switches, connectivity features, and other electronic systems.
- Perform required diagnostic checks and identify error codes or system abnormalities.
- Ensure the vehicle's software/firmware is updated as per the applicable process.
- Verify charging functionality and ensure the vehicle is adequately charged and ready for delivery.
- Check and ensure proper fitment and functioning of accessories and customer-specific requirements.
- Identify defects during PDI and coordinate with the Service/Workshop team for timely rectification.




- Conduct a final quality check after rectification before the vehicle is handed over to the customer.
- Maintain accurate PDI records, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and delivery-ready.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Follow all Ather safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicles and electrical/electronic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-identification skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Basic computer and diagnostic-tool knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet delivery timelines.
- Willingness to learn and work with new EV technologies.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
