About the Role

Marisym Biologicals is looking for an R&D; Plant Nutrition Executive to join our Research & Development team and work on formulation development, product optimization and recent product innovation in the agricultural and plant nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on formulation development and optimization of agricultural/plant nutrition products.
- Contribute to new product development and innovative solutions.
- Conduct and support R&D; activities related to plant nutrition.
- Participate in research activities focused on sustainable agricultural solutions.
- Support product improvement, optimization and development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in research and product development.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for the agricultural sector.

Mandatory Requirements

- Ph.D. in Chemistry is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant R&D;/research experience.
- Strong interest and experience in research, formulation,



innovation and product development.
- Candidates with experience in plant nutrition, agricultural products, fertilizers, micronutrients, biostimulants or agri-biologicals will be preferred.
- Good understanding of chemistry and its application in product development.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interest in developing innovative and sustainable agricultural solutions.
