Function Summary

The Geo Head is responsible for driving the transformation agenda across assigned geographies through structured governance, intervention management, adoption reviews and strategic improvement programs.

The role leads a team of Change Leaders and owns delivery of transformation outcomes across mapped geographies by driving change management, transformation governance, business diagnostics and cross-functional execution.

Job Summary

The incumbent will drive transformation outcomes across assigned geographies through a combination of governance, diagnostics, intervention design and change management. The role will partner with business leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement transformation initiatives and ensure sustained adoption of agreed practices and operating frameworks. The Geo Head will also be accountable for leading,



coaching and developing a team of Change Leaders to ensure consistent execution quality across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Program Leadership

- Lead execution of transformation initiatives across assigned geographies.

- Drive adoption of agreed operating frameworks and practices.

- Institutionalize successful interventions and best practices.

- Monitor sustainability of transformation outcomes.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and transformation priorities.

- Coordinate with business and support functions for execution.

Transformation Governance

- Own governance of transformation programs across assigned geographies.

- Present progress reviews to leadership forums.

- Conduct periodic reviews on transformation metrics and adoption indicators. Monitor progress against transformation commitments.

- Ensure closure of agreed action plans.

- Escalate execution risks and implementation delays.

Business Diagnostics & Intervention Design

- Review performance diagnostics across assigned geographies.

- Identify weak pockets, adoption challenges and productivity concerns. Design targeted intervention plans.

- Prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact.

- Review effectiveness of interventions and corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with ZVPs, CRMs and Zonal Strategy & Initiatives Heads.

- Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

- Ensure timely execution of agreed interventions.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

- Lead a team of Change Leaders.

- Set objectives and review performance.

- Coach Change Leaders on diagnostics, governance and stakeholder management.

- Drive capability building and knowledge sharing.

- Build a high-performance transformation team.
