Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Register, track, and follow up on customer complaints and requests.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of calls, complaints, and customer interactions.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer Support, or similar role.
- Experience in a Command Centre/ICCC environment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
- Valuable knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
