Job Description:
As the Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for employees at various levels within the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, creating training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide solutions to meet the training objectives. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs assessments to determine the skill gaps within the organization.




- Develop training content, manuals, and other instructional materials.
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives and enhances employee performance.
- Evaluate and analyze training program outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure they have the necessary training to succeed in their roles.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using design and training tools, such as PowerPoint, Articulate, or similar e-learning software.
- Ability to assess training needs and make informed decisions based on data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with performance management and evaluation tools.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
