We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive who will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements and schedule product demos.

The candidate needs to have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the same industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided lead database
- Initiate conversations and understand how businesses currently manage operations
- Identify customer requirements and qualify prospects
- Schedule demos with the founder/team
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Share product details via WhatsApp when required
- Update call status and notes in CRM/Google Sheets
- Collect customer feedback and common objections

Requirements





- Valuable spoken Hindi and basic English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls
- Confident, polite and skilled communication style
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/MS Excel
- Self-motivated and willing to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

- English speaking
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support or business development
- Experience handling outbound calls

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
