International Travel Consultant

Location: Kolkata | Work From Office
Experience: 2–5 Years in International BPO
Shift: Night Shift | 5 Days Working

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailor-made travel solutions based on their preferences and budget.
- Convert inbound enquiries and qualified leads into successful sales through effective communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in International BPO.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ready to work in night shifts.

Salary & Incentives

- Up to ₹32,000/month, based on experience & last drawn.
- Unlimited incentives with earning potential up to ₹6 Lakhs annually.
