MetaBlack LLC is hiring a Gainsight Administrator for a remote, long-term contract opportunity. The role will support a mature Customer Success environment and focus on Gainsight platform administration, configuration, automation, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Role Details Position: Gainsight Administrator Experience: 3 to 5+ years Location: Remote India Engagement: Long-term contract, more than one year

Key Responsibilities - Administer and maintain Gainsight CS and enabled modules, ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and alignment with business requirements. - Configure users, licenses, roles, permissions, access controls, sharing settings, and other administrative components. - Design, configure, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot Rules Engine automations, dependencies, and data/action workflows. - Configure and optimize Customer 360, scorecards, Cockpit, Calls to Action, Playbooks, Timeline, Success Plans, and related Customer Success capabilities. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering customer health, product adoption, engagement, risks, renewals, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency. - Manage Gainsight data objects, fields, mappings, relationships, data loads, transformations, and ongoing data-quality controls. - Support integrations and connectors between Gainsight and CRM, support, product, billing, data warehouse, collaboration, and other enterprise systems. - Troubleshoot platform issues, support releases and configuration changes, maintain documentation,



and train Customer Success users and business stakeholders.

Required Skills - 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, including strong hands-on Gainsight administration and configuration experience. - Strong understanding of Customer Success processes such as onboarding, adoption, customer health, risk management, engagement, renewals, and expansion support. - Hands-on expertise with Gainsight Rules Engine, scheduled jobs, dependencies, criteria, actions, and automation monitoring. - Experience configuring Customer 360, scorecards, Cockpit, Calls to Action, Playbooks, Timeline, Success Plans, and related workflows. - Strong capability in Gainsight dashboards, reporting, filters, calculated metrics, and operational Customer Success analytics. - Experience managing Gainsight data objects, fields, relationships, mappings, imports, transformations, validation, and data-quality issues. - Experience with Gainsight connectors, APIs, CRM and enterprise platform integrations; Salesforce integration exposure is preferred. - Solid analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Qualifications - Gainsight Administrator, Gainsight Associate Administrator, or relevant Gainsight certification. - Experience supporting enterprise-scale Gainsight environments, complex data models, platform migrations, or multiple business units. - Exposure to Journey Orchestrator, Gainsight PX, Data Designer, SQL, ETL concepts, APIs, CRM platforms, data warehouses, or BI tools.
