Job Summary

Own and grow sales within a defined geographic area by managing dealer and distributor relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving area-level revenue targets. Develop new accounts and support market growth through effective sales and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities within the assigned area or district-level territory.
- Appoint, train and manage dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular dealer review meetings to track secondary sales and inventory.
- Identify and onboard current dealers and institutional buyers.
- Execute promotional schemes and market development activities.




- Monitor competitor pricing, activities and new product launches.
- Coordinate order placement, dispatch and payment collection.
- Submit weekly area sales reports and monthly forecasts.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 0–5 years of experience in area or territory sales.
- Experience in dealer and distributor management.
- Strong negotiation and market development skills.
- Target planning and sales reporting abilities.
- Customer and channel relationship management skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,700.00 per month
