Job Description:
The Senior Officer - CAT Axis will be responsible for supporting the company's growth through effective analysis and management of customer acquisition and retention strategies. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement initiatives that enhance customer experience and increase overall profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive change through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.




- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and optimize performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
