Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and paid acquisition initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving a qualified pipeline, increasing brand visibility, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Region: North America,UK and valuable to have region knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the overall demand generation strategy for WatBox.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Email Campaign,LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts and ICPs.
- Develop marketing campaigns aligned with Sales and BDR teams.
- Optimize Salesforce AppExchange visibility and lead acquisition.
- Track campaign performance, attribution, CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
- Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
- Drive pipeline generation through inbound and targeted outbound marketing initiatives.




- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to support business growth.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Demand Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead attribution, funnel metrics, and revenue marketing.
- Experience with Zoho, Pardot, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
