Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated Agri Advisor (Fresher to 1 year of experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a primary bridge between the company and the farming community. You will be responsible for providing expert crop consultancy from sowing to harvesting and driving revenue generation through the promotion and sales of Palvi Agrico’s verified agri-inputs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights1. Crop Consultancy & Technical Advisory

- Provide scientific and crop-specific consultancy to farmers via farm visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
- Guide farmers on comprehensive crop management plans—from land preparation, seed selection, and sowing to pest/disease management and harvesting.
- Diagnose crop health issues reported by farmers and recommend effective, sustainable solutions using Palvi Agrico’s product lines (fertilizers, pesticides, micronutrients, etc.).
- Educate farmers on up-to-date farming techniques, weather-based advisories, and smart agricultural practices.

2. Revenue Generation & Sales

- Drive sales targets by converting advisory interactions into successful product orders for company inputs (seeds, crop protection, nutrition, and growth enhancers).
- Cross-sell and up-sell agricultural products based on specific crop requirements to maximize per-farmer basket size and revenue.




- Assist in local marketing campaigns, farmer meets, and dealer/retailer network support to expand regional market reach.
- Maintain records of daily customer interactions, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

3. Farmer Relationship Management (FRM)

- Build long-term, trusted relationships with farmers and rural channel partners within your designated territory.
- Address farmer queries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty toward Palvi Agrico.
- Onboard farmers onto digital/AI-enabled advisory channels supported by the company.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Diploma in Agriculture, or related agricultural sciences background.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 Year of experience in agricultural extension, agri-sales, farm advisory, or retail inputs (Internships during graduation are welcome).
- Skills Required:
- Strong foundational knowledge of agronomy, crop diseases, fertilizers, and pest control.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills (fluency in local language/Marathi/Hindi/English as applicable).
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for agricultural sales and rural development.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, smartphone applications, and CRM tools).
