Unicarat is a growing lab-grown diamond jewellery brand focused on up-to-date, elegant and thoughtfully designed jewellery. The brand currently has an existing store in Mumbai and is expanding its retail presence with a new store in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Depends on skills & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional and personalized approach.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain jewellery designs, lab-grown diamonds, product specifications and pricing clearly.
- Demonstrate products and assist customers in making confident purchase decisions.
- Handle customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups and appointments through calls and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.




- Maintain a high standard of customer service and in-store experience.
- Ensure proper display, handling and presentation of jewellery and merchandise.
- Maintain customer records, enquiries and sales information accurately.
- Coordinate with the store team for billing, order processing, delivery and after-sales requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the management team.
- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends and lab-grown diamond concepts.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or premium retail sales.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong sales orientation with a willingness to achieve targets.
- Good product knowledge and ability to explain details to customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Jewelry sales: 1 year (Preferred)
