- Welcome and interact professionally with customers visiting the GOLDPE branch.
- Understand customer requirements and explain GOLDPE’s services clearly.
- Generate and follow up on customer leads through calls and other channels.
- Build robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explain the gold-selling and pledged-gold redemption process to customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into successful transactions.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Represent GOLDPE professionally and maintain the company’s standards of trust and transparency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
