Role & Compensation

- Salary: ₹30,000 / month (Based on Experience & Performance)
- Locations: Vallioor | Tirunelveli | Nagercoil | Coimbatore
- Employment Type: Full time | Multiple Vacancies| Hybrid Mode
- Experience: 1–3+ years preferred (Freshers with strong drive are welcome to apply!) What You Will Do
- Field Expansion: Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors daily to grow sales across assigned territories.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based connections with trade partners.
- Merchandising & Availability: Ensure product shelf visibility, drive order collection, and coordinate seamless delivery logistics.
- Target Ownership:



Consistently achieve monthly sales and payment collection targets while monitoring competitor activities.
- Smart Reporting: Track route plans, log daily visits, and report market updates via smartphone apps.

What We Are Looking For

- Vehicle: Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (Mandatory).
- Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and retailer/distributor management abilities.
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily field travel.
