We're looking for an experienced Export Executive with an engineering background to manage and grow our international sales and export operations.

What you'll do:

- Handle end-to-end export documentation, logistics, and compliance
- Coordinate with production/technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client and country-specific requirements
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, and overseas clients
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export contracts
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated on import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade policies

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
- Proven experience in export sales, documentation, and logistics




- Robust understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of products to effectively liaise with overseas clients and internal engineering teams
- Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Nice to have:

- Experience in Contruction Industry
- Knowledge of sqft, sqm, running meter, area calculations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
