- Reporting process to regional team leads

- Understanding the students' query.

- Raising tickets on behalf of students

- Need to maintain First response time within 15mins

- Timely escalation to the right department to resolve the issue within the specified TAT

- Following up with the SPOC to resolve students' concerns

- Informing the students once the issue has been resolved by dropping an email from Freshdesk

- Following the SOP

- Maintaining quality score above 90%

- Ensuring a 24-hour TAT

- Monitoring unresolved tickets

- Connecting with parents on specified queries
