English Teacher – TGT / PGT

Qualification:

- TGT: B.A. with English as one subject, minimum 50% marks + B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- PGT: M.A. in English, minimum 50% marks + B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide appropriate guidance.
- Develop students’ spoken and written English skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Participate in academic activities, competitions, cultural events, and school programs.

Skills Required:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Valuable subject knowledge and effective teaching ability.
- Student-friendly, responsible, and engaging approach
