Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer - CAT Axis to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analyzing customer claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and process customer claims in accordance with company guidelines and industry regulations.




- Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of claims to determine eligibility and ensure fair handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations on claims trends and performance metrics.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in claims processing and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry changes and insurers' practices to maintain qualified expertise.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
