Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment and HR records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Handle basic HR documentation and administrative tasks.




- Communicate with candidates professionally.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day activities.
