Job Summary

My City Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers/leads, explaining company services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services and offers clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide the required information.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales/team members for qualified leads.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication style with customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

12th Pass / Graduate

Salary & Perks

- Fixed Salary: ₹__10 k 18k______ per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
