Job Summary

Promax Infosolutions is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage Doctors Hiring for the UK Healthcare market.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UK healthcare recruitment and a strong understanding of the UK healthcare hierarchy and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Doctors Recruitment for UK Healthcare clients
- Recruit for senior positions including Hospital Managers, Clinical Leads, and Senior Executives
- Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality leadership talent
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closures
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Maintain recruitment data and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 Year experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment (Doctors)




- Strong knowledge of UK healthcare job roles and hierarchy
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to manage senior-level stakeholders
- Target-driven and result-oriented recruitment mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
