Telecallers also resolve patients queries, provide accurate information, and maintain proper records of conversations in the database. They are expected to achieve daily or monthly calling targets while maintaining a polite and professional tone. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to convince and handle customers effectively are key for this role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
