KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Event Travel logistics and hospitality management

§ Managing day to day coordination with stakeholders

§ Managing day to day event related documentation, data and communication.

§ Adherence to set process and requisite approval matrix

§ Vendor management

- Ensuring that the events are executed within the stipulated time within the given budgets.
- Building of RFQ
- Ensuring billing is submitted in accordance with the RFQ’s
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, leadership conferences, recognition programs, annual meets, offsites,



incentive trips, and business forums.
- Ensure flawless event delivery while maintaining quality, brand standards, and participant experience.
- Conduct venue/ site inspections, and feasibility assessments.
- Timely delivery of creative assets and setup requirements.
- Successful execution of event experience within approved budgets.
