Experience: 10–15 years in Machine Shop / Precision Machining

- Manage overall machine shop production, planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, machining processes, machines, tooling and fixtures.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery and optimum machine utilization.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively across the machine shop.
- Monitor quality, productivity, rejection, rework and production targets.
- Coordinate with purchase, quality and other departments for smooth production.
- Identify and resolve machining, tooling and production related issues.
- Ensure proper shop-floor discipline, safety and housekeeping.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve organizational targets.

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical preferred.

Required: Strong technical knowledge, leadership, production planning and manpower management skills.
