We are looking for an experienced Academic Head to drive academic excellence across JEE, NEET, CUET & Foundation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive academic results, student performance & selections
- Ensure effective curriculum and content delivery
- Monitor student satisfaction, retention & academic progress
- Lead faculty training, mentoring & performance reviews
- Manage academic operations, assessments & compliance
- Drive innovation and digital learning initiatives
- Support student admissions through academic counselling

Key Skills: Academic Leadership | Faculty Management | Curriculum Planning | Student Performance | Coaching Operations | JEE/NEET/CUET

Eligibility:
✔ Candidates must have experience in the Test Prep industry.
✔ Willingness to travel
