The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experiences through effective problem resolution and service excellence. This position focuses on managing critical customer interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to achieve the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage and oversee customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining service excellence.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate efficient processes and elevate the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics, providing insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards of customer service.
