Job Title

Senior Quality Analyst – Quality Engineering

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end (E2E) and integration testing in Insurance domain. The role focuses on validating complex business workflows across systems, ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across insurance
- Perform integration testing across multiple systems (core platforms, APIs, third-party services)




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional test cases and scenarios
- Validate data flow and business rules across interconnected systems
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams
- Support UAT cycles and business validation
- Contribute to test automation for regression coverage (where applicable)
- Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in functional testing (E2E, integration)
- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST tools)
- Good understanding of data validation (SQL)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, etc.) for regression
- Ability to handle complex system interactions and dependencies

AI & Up-to-date Testing Expectations

- Use AI-assisted tools for:
- Test case generation and optimization
- Requirement analysis

- Exposure to test data generation tools (synthetic data)
- Understanding of automation-assisted functional testing

Experience & Qualification

- 4–7 years of QA experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
