Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good knowledge of social media creatives, branding, and marketing materials, and the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing, campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Design posts, banners, brochures, flyers, reels covers, and other marketing creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colours, and visual style across all creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content when required.
- Create designs within given timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant skills can also be considered.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.
