We are looking for a few solid, confident and result-oriented people to join us as Business Development Associates. For this role, we are looking for someone who can take ownership, generate leads, drive sales and own customer experience.You will be responsible for creating brand awareness, understanding customer requirements, handling queries, convincing prospective customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales, while keeping accurate records of leads and customer interactions.

Experience: 1-2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

We're looking for:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in outbound calling and client interactions
- Experience with lead generation, telecalling, email, and WhatsApp marketing
- A self-driven, growth-oriented mindset
- Prior B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication
