We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & AI Content Creator who can produce engaging, professional-quality videos for our YouTube channels and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills along with a good understanding of AI-powered video, image, audio, and content creation tools. You should be able to take a script or basic concept and turn it into an engaging video with the right visuals, animations, music, transitions, captions, and overall storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce videos for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Convert scripts, voiceovers, and raw footage into engaging and professional videos.
- Create YouTube videos with appropriate B-rolls, stock footage, graphics, text animations, transitions, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
- Create short-form content optimized for social media engagement.
- Work on AI-generated videos, images, voiceovers, animations, and other creative assets.
- Use AI tools to improve and speed up the video production workflow.
- Create attractive YouTube thumbnails when required.
- Maintain consistent visual style and branding across videos.
- Research and suggest new video formats, editing styles, trends, and creative ideas.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, including pacing, hooks, retention,



titles/thumbnails concepts, and audience engagement.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to understand video requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Keep yourself updated with the latest AI tools and video-editing technologies.

Required Skills

- Good experience with qualified video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, sound design, and visual composition.
- Good knowledge of YouTube video editing and Shorts/Reels editing.
- Experience creating engaging videos from scripts and voiceovers.
- Good understanding of AI-based creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Canva AI, or similar tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new AI tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of YouTube trends, audience retention, thumbnails, and content formats.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality while working with deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas rather than only following instructions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
