Wren Hotels is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage civil and hotel construction projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in civil construction and hotel/hospitality projects, with solid expertise in project execution, contractor management, budgeting, quality control, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver civil and hotel construction projects within the approved scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage project resources, contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and regulatory standards.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material requirements, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential project risks and take proactive measures to resolve issues.
- Handle on-site challenges and ensure timely decision-making.
- Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical and operational issues.




- Ensure proper documentation and maintain project records.
- Drive the project toward successful and timely completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management.
- Strong experience in civil construction and hotel/hospitality construction projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Excellent contractor, vendor, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
