Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Research Analyst who can conduct online research, identify potential business opportunities, analyze companies and industries, and support our sales and business development activities.

Please Note: This is a Business Research role and is NOT related to Power BI, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research on companies, industries, markets, and competitors.
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
- Collect, verify, and organize company and prospect information.
- Build and maintain accurate lead/prospect databases.
- Conduct competitor and market research using search engines, LinkedIn, company websites, and other online sources.
- Analyze basic business information and identify relevant insights.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Prepare research reports and maintain research records.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to provide relevant prospect information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and online research tools will be an advantage.
