Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling

- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations
- Provide tailored guidance on suitable programs and courses

2. Lead Management

- Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and chat platforms
- Provide comprehensive information regarding courses, eligibility criteria, and key benefits

3. Application Support

- Assist applicants in completing application forms and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all required information

4. Conversion & Revenue Generation

- Drive admissions by effectively converting leads into enrollments
- Address queries and objections, and maintain a structured follow-up process

5. CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Track and report daily and weekly performance metrics

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing,



or related fields preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (experience in the education sector is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
