Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast sales growth.
- Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.




- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up with prospective clients.

Qualifications

- MBA is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a target-driven environment.
