Civil Project Coordinator – Office

We are looking for a Civil Project Coordinator to join our office team and support the planning, coordination, documentation, and day-to-day follow-up of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with project/site engineers, contractors, vendors, and office departments.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, work schedules, and records.
- Follow up on project progress, material requirements, and site activities.
- Coordinate with site teams and ensure timely communication of project updates.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations, work orders, and project-related documents.
- Track project deadlines, pending activities, and deliverables.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records.
- Support the Project Manager/Management in daily project coordination and reporting.




- Handle routine office coordination related to ongoing civil projects.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of civil construction activities and project documentation.
- Candidates with relevant experience in project coordination will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
