Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and security of the outlet, staff, customers, and property.
- Monitor customer and staff entry and exit.
- Manage visitor and vehicle movement.
- Assist customers politely and provide necessary guidance.
- Monitor the parking and surrounding outlet area.
- Handle security-related situations and report any issues to management.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe environment around the outlet.
- Support the outlet team with basic security and operational activities when required.

Requirements

- Previous security experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Alert, responsible, and physically fit.
- Polite and well-groomed.
- Willing to work in shifts.
