Key Responsibilities *

- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and personal contacts.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment preferences.
- Present and explain residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Arrange and accompany clients for property/site visits.
- Handle client queries and provide suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
- Convert leads into bookings and sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Build and expand a strong customer network.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions.
