About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate to join our healthcare operations team at the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital site. The role involves coordinating with doctors, supporting patient documentation, handling queries, and ensuring smooth communication between doctors, patients, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with doctors regarding patient documentation and requirements.
- Support patient documentation and ensure timely completion of required information.
- Handle basic queries from doctors and patients and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Act as a bridge between doctors, patients, and the internal team.
- Follow up on pending documentation and patient-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the hospital site.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Skilled and confident communication with doctors and patients.
- Recent graduates or final-year undergraduate students.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed BA, B.Com, BBA, or related degrees.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
