Job Description:
As a Senior Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for employees at various levels of the organization. Your primary goal will be to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the evolving insurance market. You will collaborate with other departments to identify training needs, create engaging training materials, and deliver training sessions. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs of employees and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps.
- Develop training materials,



including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse groups, utilizing various teaching methods.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
- Mentor and guide junior training staff to cultivate their professional development.
