Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, food safety, sales performance, staff discipline, and smooth outlet functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall daily operations of the outlet.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate outlet staff and allocate duties/shifts.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and outlet expenses.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain product availability.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, storage, expiry, and wastage/shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Maintain proper temperature records for refrigerators/freezers and other required checks.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare/request stock requirements on time.
- Coordinate with the proproduction, warehouse, accounts,



HR, quality, and operations teams when required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and take corrective action.
- Ensure the outlet, equipment, storage areas, and surroundings are clean and well maintained.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and instructions are followed by all employees.
- Report operational issues, staff concerns, maintenance requirements, and other key matters to the Area Manager.
- Support the outlet in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular checks to minimize product wastage, stock discrepancies, and operational losses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
