Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, HR, and accounts teams
- Monitor team performance and reporting systems
- Handle client communication and escalation management
- Ensure smooth office workflow and discipline
- Support hiring, training, and employee management
- Maintain MIS reports, sales reports, and operational data
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Help implement company policies and process improvements
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and management schedules
- Support business growth strategies and expansion planning

Pay: ₹18,490.46 - ₹40,761.99 per month
