We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Pharmaceutical Telecaller with 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharma sector. In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to engage with B2B clients—including chemists, druggists, stockists, and franchise partners. You will be responsible for managing mid-tier accounts, converting high-value leads, and consistently driving sales revenue over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and medical representatives.

✅ Generate new leads for PCD Pharma Franchise business.

✅ Explain company products, monopoly rights, promotional support, and franchise perks.

✅ Build and maintain relationships with potential distributors.

✅ Follow up on inquiries received from digital marketing campaigns and websites.

✅ Maintain daily call records and lead management reports.

✅ Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.

✅ Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

✅ Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
