We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Draftsperson(LOD 400) with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals with strong residential experience, particularly in Australia and New Zealand projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain LOD 400 Revit models for Australia residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare accurate council approval and construction documentation in accordance with Australia code and local council requirements.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheet sets for building consent and construction.
- Create and manage parametric Revit families and project templates to company standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Update models and drawings based on design revisions, RFIs, and consultant feedback.
- Perform model QA/QC to maintain accuracy, consistency, and BIM standards.

Requirements:





- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong experience with LOD 400 BIM modelling and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit Family creation, editing, and parameter management.
- Experience preparing Australian council approval (Building Consent) drawing sets.
- Good understanding of Australia construction methods, NZBC, and council documentation requirements.
- Experience with Revit worksharing, linked models, and BIM coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
