Product Owner – FACETS

Location: Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi, India
Experience: 12 to 16 Years
Domain: US Healthcare Payer

Job Description

- 12+ years of IT/Healthcare experience with 5+ years as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS and US Healthcare Payer processes.
- Experience across one or more FACETS modules: Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Billing, Provider, and Product Configuration.
- Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, release plans, and priorities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Business, Technology, QA, Operations, and Agile teams to drive delivery.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities.
- Support production issue prioritization and ensure alignment with healthcare processes and regulatory requirements.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.




- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps/Jira.
