Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Clinical Psychology / Behavioral Health skilled for the position of Autism & ABA Documentation & Compliance Reviewer.

The role involves reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and ABA compliance while working closely with clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and ABA compliance
- Identify documentation gaps and inconsistencies and coordinate corrections
- Support billing accuracy by resolving documentation-related issues
- Prepare weekly audit and performance reports
- Coordinate between clinical and administrative teams
- Monitor documentation trends and recommend process improvements
- Support internal QA and compliance initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive healthcare information

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology – Required
- Master's degree – Preferred
- 1–5 years of relevant full-time professional experience in:
- Clinical Psychology
- ABA / Applied Behavior Analysis
- Behavioral Health
- Clinical Documentation
- Healthcare Documentation / QA
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
